Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the access to and use of RecruitPro Enterprise and any related services made available by Indiafin Technologies Ltd. (“Indiafin Technologies”, “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing, subscribing to, or using RecruitPro Enterprise, the customer organization and its authorized users agree to be bound by these Terms.

Where an individual accesses RecruitPro Enterprise on behalf of a company, partnership, agency, consultancy, or other organization, that individual represents that they are authorized to accept these Terms on behalf of that organization.

If a separate written agreement, order form, proposal, subscription agreement, or other commercial arrangement has been executed between Indiafin Technologies and a customer, the terms of that document will apply in addition to these Terms. In the event of an inconsistency, the specific written agreement will prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.

1. Nature of the Service

RecruitPro Enterprise is a business software platform intended to support recruitment, human resource management, employee administration, payroll processing, and related organizational activities.

The platform may include separate or combined access to:

  • RecruitPro, for recruitment and applicant tracking
  • Core HR, for employee and HR administration
  • Payroll, for payroll-related processes.

The customer may receive access to one or more modules depending on the commercial arrangement agreed with Indiafin Technologies.

Access to a particular feature does not imply that all features, integrations, modules, or services will be available to every customer.

2. Licence to Use the Platform

Subject to the customer’s compliance with these Terms and any applicable commercial agreement, Indiafin Technologies grants the customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use RecruitPro Enterprise for its internal business purposes during the period for which access is provided.

This right does not grant the customer ownership of the software, platform, source code, underlying technology, documentation, interface, workflows, or any other proprietary material belonging to Indiafin Technologies.

Except where expressly agreed in writing, the customer may not sublicense, resell, distribute, commercially exploit, or provide access to RecruitPro Enterprise to an unrelated third party.

3. Customer Accounts

Access to RecruitPro Enterprise may require the creation of user accounts.

4. Authorized Users

The customer may permit employees, recruiters, hiring managers, HR personnel, payroll personnel, interviewers, administrators, or other authorized individuals to use RecruitPro Enterprise.

The customer is responsible for determining which users should have access to specific parts of the platform.

The customer must ensure that access to confidential, employee, candidate, payroll, or business information is limited to individuals who require such access for legitimate business purposes.

These may include communication providers, email services, job platforms, banking systems, accounting systems, or other external technology.

Indiafin Technologies may modify, replace, suspend, or discontinue an integration where reasonably necessary because of changes made by a third-party provider.

15. AI-Assisted Functionality

Certain platform features may assist users with generating, extracting, organizing, or structuring information.

Outputs produced through automated or AI-assisted functionality may not always be complete, accurate, or suitable for every use.

The customer is responsible for reviewing such output before relying on it.

No automated output should be treated as the sole basis for an important recruitment, employment, payroll, legal, or financial decision.

18. White-Label and Multi-Company Use

RecruitPro Enterprise may support multi-company or white-label use.

Where such functionality is made available to a staffing agency, consultancy, reseller, or other customer serving multiple organizations, that customer remains responsible for its relationship with each client organization.

The customer must ensure that:

  • Access between client accounts is appropriately controlled
  • Confidential information is protected
  • Users are assigned to the correct organization
  • Any representations made to client organizations are accurate.

Specific reseller, white-label, or commercial distribution rights must be governed by a separate written agreement where applicable.

19. Commercial Terms

Fees, licensing arrangements, subscription periods, permitted users, modules, payment terms, or other commercial matters may be agreed separately between Indiafin Technologies and the customer.

Such terms may appear in a:

  • Quotation
  • Proposal
  • Order form
  • Invoice
  • Subscription agreement
  • Other written commercial document.

These Terms do not create a general entitlement to a refund, credit, renewal, cancellation period, or payment extension unless such entitlement is expressly provided in an applicable agreement or required by law.

The customer’s right to terminate its use of RecruitPro Enterprise will be governed by the applicable commercial arrangement.

Indiafin Technologies may terminate or restrict access where permitted by an applicable agreement, where a material breach remains unresolved, or where continued access would create a legal or security risk.

Termination does not automatically remove obligations that arose before termination.

Provisions which by their nature are intended to continue after termination may remain effective.

Access to data after termination may depend on:

  • The applicable agreement

Any liability of Indiafin Technologies arising from the provision or use of RecruitPro Enterprise will be subject to applicable law and any separate written agreement entered into with the customer.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability where such liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Where a separate agreement contains specific liability provisions, those provisions will govern the relevant customer relationship.

Where no separate agreement applies, the applicable legal position will be determined in accordance with relevant law.
